AP Line

The thirty-years experience of BARIN in the field of design and construction of access equipment of any kind and complexity has made possible today the company to develop a new and complete range of machines for aerial works of the most advanced conception.
This is the so called “AP” line of aerial platforms mounted on trucks from 2 to 5 axles and providing working heights comprised between 44 and 90 m. The structures of chassis, stabilizers, rotating turret and booms are extremely rigid and sound, so as to minimize the elastic deformation of the elements.
The system adopted and the materials utilized for the extension of the booms reduce the friction and make comfortable the sliding maneuver of the telescopic elements.

The working outreach of the platforms is the highest realized today on the market by this kind of machines and the degree of stability is particularly elevated and it is guaranteed in all envisaged work conditions. The elements of the telescopic booms are made of high-resistance steel plates and the cross sections are designed to have different thicknesses.

The outer and inner welds are executed with automatic procedure. The work platforms, of large sizes and extending hydraulically, are suitable to hold safe working loads comprised between 280 and 440 kg and they can rotate around a vertical axis up to 320° ( +/- 160°).

The work logic and the electro-hydraulic controls used with the machines are of the electronic proportional type and they enable easy and smooth operation. The finishing levels, very attentive to the details, increase the value of the machines and make them particularly pleasant also from the aesthetic point of view. The machines are designed and constructed in compliance with the safety standards currently in force and BARIN company is certified ISO 9001 as far as the Quality Assurance of his products is concerned.
